Instant love now, is what this book is about. In Self-Love Is Free you’re going to learn simple ways how to create and access love and appreciation for yourself. And it is easier than you may think. You are going to love what you learn in this book because it can help you to transform your future relationship with yourself!

First, transform the relationship with yourself, then with others. Not the opposite. Have you ever heard the saying “if mama ain’t happy, no one’s happy?” Basically, it’s a metaphor, and each of us is mama. If we are not happy within ourselves, that is how we communicate, and relate in our personal relationships.

You must get happy inside of YOU first before you can ever expect to experience true happiness in your relationships. Think about it for a moment. How on earth can you have happy, trusting, and amazing relationships with others if you are unhappy and unharmonious within yourself?

It makes no logical sense to try to be happy in a relationship with someone else, until we are happy ourselves. Let’s do it, and get happy. Come join the self-love movement now!

Do you believe with love? No, that’s not a typo. I know people usually ask, “Do you believe in love?” But I want to know if you believe with love. If you don’t, you’re probably missing out. If you do, your life can change in a big way.

We all have beliefs, and whether or not they’re true, we accept them as true. So, the question is, where do your beliefs come from? Do they come from a place of love, or do they come from a place of fear?

I asked myself the same question years ago. But mine wasn’t an idle curiosity, or a philosophical whim. I started digging deep about my beliefs because what we believe determines how we live.

And here’s the deal, our current belief systems, whether positive and negative, are never random. They emerge from the subconscious mind – a powerful, intangible force that supposedly dictates around 95 percent of our waking thoughts. The “only” problem is when the subconscious mind is dominated with fear-based, ego-driven thoughts, our head, not our heart, rules.

That is why this topic is so important. It’s important because the beliefs that we have, and that are rooted in love result in us feeling good! I want to feel good! I want to feel love!

Do you want to feel love?
Start now, and fuel your beliefs with love!

Healing sets the soul free. Now, that simple little sentence is packed with some pretty powerful language. For one thing, what is healing, and how does it free the soul?

The most impactful definition of healing I’ve ever heard is the one I learned while I was earning my master’s degree in spiritual psychology at the University of Santa Monica (USM).

At USM, they described healing as “Applying love to the places that hurt inside.” Let’s pause right there and take that in for a moment: Healing is applying love to the places that hurt inside.

Do you have places that hurt inside? It seems like all humans do. Healing happened once I started applying love to the places that hurt inside; when I gave love to myself, and when I started to be loving and nurturing to myself. This love cleared the old hurts, a little bit at a time, until it was all gone.

It’s a process of practicing new ways of being with yourself. Healing happens when you practice self-love, self-nurturing, and self-kindness. Come join this healing movement, and free your soul now with love!

Sometimes, I wake up and ask myself, “How can I make someone else’s day better?” And you might be asking, “Why would you want to do that?” It’s simple. Making someone else’s day better is a loving act, and one way to participate in Communicating Love Now. I love it when I successfully communicate in a way that raises someone else’s spirit, or makes them smile. Even Mother Teresa thought so when she said, “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God’s kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.”

And guess what else? When someone else’s spirit rises, my spirit rises too! When I choose to try and make someone else’s day better, I am able to create positive connections with others based on my efforts. In other words, it’s a one-way
communication where I rely completely on myself to create good and loving connections.

Everything I need to be successful in my relationships is already within me. And besides, connecting with others makes me feel good, makes them feel good, and everyone gets to have a better day, and life as a result. Essentially, a win-win, and a win-win, with love!

There’s a beautiful practice in yoga, called Svadhyaya. It means self-study. Svadhyaya isn’t a narcissistic journey with your ego, and it isn’t just for yogis either. Self-study is for everyone, and if you ask me, it’s the most powerful thing we can do as humans, especially if we want to have better relationships.

Why? Because it’s the one thing that helps you figure out what your subconscious mind is thinking. If limiting beliefs are dominating your subconscious mind (and that’s the case for most people) you’re creating negative experiences all the time without even realizing it. Problems in your love life? Check. Repetitive self-sabotage? Check. Thank your subconscious.

It’s challenging to spot your subconscious beliefs, but self-study makes it simple. Once you know how to observe the life patterns playing out like a skipping record, you start to spot the limiting beliefs that are sabotaging you, and your happiness.

Mastering self-study is life changing! It will support you in creating healthier patterns, joyful experiences, and satisfying relationships. Self-study instantly gives you access to new ways of loving yourself, and others on a deeper level! Improve your relationships now, and do so with love!
